2) Make yourself familiar with the shipping charges and terms & conditions for your shipping area. We know things may seem a little complicated with international shipping from the UK right now, so do remember Louisa Parris is also stocked on Net-A-Porter, Ounass, and in store at Harvey Nichols Dubai and Bloomingdale’s Kuwait.

Delivery costs
We send our parcels with DHL Express couriers. We will email you on receipt of order to confirm and once your order is en-route you will receive tracking information via email and/or sms.
Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box, we need a confirmed address & telephone number.

UK Customers 
United Kingdom DHL Express: Free of Charge
Please allow one week for delivery of the order being placed unless an item is on pre-order.


International Customers
For all other international orders:
DHL Express International: £30.00
Please allow two weeks for delivery of the order being placed unless an item is on pre-order.

Duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout by Zonos software, and must be prepaid at checkout on all non-UK orders.

Your parcel can be tracked using the DHL tracking number supplied on your shipping confirmation.


If you refuse your parcel or storage limit expires in customs without payment and it is sent back to us a restock fee of £15 will be taken off your refund.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your Louisa Parris purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Return shipment costs are free of charge to all customers, both in the UK and internationally.


If you are intending to make a return, We kindly ask that you provide a notification via email to info@louisaparris.com within 7 days of receipt, making sure to include your order number and reason for return and if there are any discrepancies in your order. We will then provide you with a return code to enter on your form, and a DHL return label to attach to your parcel. For orders being returned from outside of the UK, we will also send you a commercial invoice to include in your return.


You then have 14 days in which to return your purchase. Our refunds policy applies to all online sales of garments, which must be in immaculate ‘as-sold’ condition with the labels attached and in their linen or silk bags bags.
We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, less original shipping costs, once we receive your return package. 

International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.



Exchanges


As of 30th June 2022, we are no longer able to offer exchanges. Please request a return as above and place a new order. If you used an offer code, contact info@louisaparris.com and a new code can be generated to use in your replacement order.

Eligible shipments sent prior to 30th June 2022 requesting an exchange will be honoured.
