Condition of Use:

Article 1 - Price

1.1 Prices shown on the site are primarily in GBP - British pounds and are inclusive of taxes.

1.2 All the orders whatever their origin are payable in GBP - British pounds

1.3 Product prices are set at the beginning of each season.

Louisa Parris And Company Limited reserves the right to modify their prices constantly but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the recording of the orders, subject to their availability.

1.4 If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in GBP - British pounds, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. 

Article 2 - Order

1.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers

1.2 Products can slightly differ from pictures on the website. Colour can slightly differ from pictures.

Article 3 - Confirmation

1.1 When you click on the "confirm my order" button after the process of order, you state to fully accept this one as well as the entirety of these Terms & Conditions and to do so without reserve. The data recorded by louisaparris.com constitutes the proof of the whole of the transactions passed through louisaparris.com and its customers. The data recorded by the system of payment constitutes the proof of the financial transactions.

Article 4 - Availability 

1.1 Our offers of products are proposed within the limit of stocks available. It is your responsibility to ensure of the exactitude of your co-ordinates : name, address and telephone number. To check at the time of the order, article by article, that the number, the color, the size, the price are well taken into account in your purchase order. When a product is not available any more, this one posts SOLD OUT and it is not possible any more for you to order it. However according to the availability of our suppliers, the product could be again in stock on the site and you will be able, if you wish, to be informed by e-mail.

1.1 Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron, Eurocard and Maestro though our PayPal store.
